Proverbs 1:22-23 The naive person can become wise

A naive person is someone who lacks wisdom or judgment. This is the meaning of the word "simple" in this passage. What makes "simplicity" so tragic, is the fact that wisdom cries out attempting to gain the attention of the "simple". This proverb highlights God's love for us through His "activity" to gain the attention of naive people. The simple become wise when they listen, turn and receive the Spirit of God!
