I have never seen such open and vocal vitriol as I see today in America. Hatred is a powerful, self-destructive force. It generally produces fighting and infects those who are stirred up by it. Love is an even more powerful force. Love disarms and confounds hatred! Love delivers a body blow that renders hatred helpless. The power to love when confronted with hate only comes from God. This is why so many people are being infected.
